Purpose: To help create Parent/Teacher/Student "Team Mentality" at Lounsberry by allowing parents to have a better understanding of what students are learning. Students are invited to attend accompanied by their parents/caregivers.
Collect Names of Students participating in Workshops. If their parents signed up, mark them in red or highlight on Excel Sheet
Decide where and when each workshop will take place and how many total people can attend. Label on Excel Form.
Update Schedule so that each family only goes to 2 workshops, one in the 1st Section and one in the second.
Create a paper/note card for each family that they can take with them telling them where to go
Create Excel Sheet for each workshop with following info:
Families Signed up and slots for additional families that may attend. (Posters can be lined up on tables in front hallway and manned by SCA). I

Attach QR Codes to projects
Digital Projects: Need to gather and upload to viewing/looping platform. Ask teachers for summary to create Glogster posters to attach to foam core framing PC monitors.
Plan out library configuration!
Food: Ask SCA to make cookies and Coffee.
Close library Tuesday afternoon for set up.
